Automaker Tesla Inc. (TSLA) filed a lawsuit against the Swedish Transport Agency and PostNordAB after a workers strike in the Scandinavian country stopped the delivery of license plates for new vehicles.

In solidarity with the labor strikes, postal workers have blocked the delivery of Tesla license plates, according to the Associated Press.

The AP reported the Texas-based electric vehicle maker was suing the agency for what it said “constitutes an unlawful discriminatory attack directed at Tesla.”

Tesla is also suing PostNord AB for joining the growing strike action. The Swedish law firm representing Tesla said the actions were "nearly system threatening."
