Macy's on Wednesday announced a special summer sale, joining other big retailers making a major seasonal push to bring in customers.

The biggest U.S. department store chain announced its first “All-Star Week,” to run July 16 to July 23. Macy’s said the sale would feature thousands of its best summer deals, and more exclusive offers for members of its Star Rewards membership program.
