Experience
Jay Yoder, CFA, has more than 25 years of institutional investment experience, including working as a principal and managing director in real assets, focusing on infrastructure, energy, and timber. He also ran investments for endowments at Vassar College and Smith College for more than ten years, the latter with more than $900 million in assets under management. For more than ten years, he has been managing director of real assets at Pavilion Alternative Group, leading the investment of more than $3 billion into private energy, infrastructure, timber, and other real assets funds, co-inves🃏tments, and secondaries. He is the author of Endowment Management: A Practical Guide.
Earlier in his career, Jay spent seven years with an investment consulting firღm. He serves on the board of trustees at Albright College, where he chairs the investment subcommittee. He also sits on the investment committee of the W🎐inston-Salem Foundation.
