1. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley Report Earning☂s

Goldman Sachs (GS) and Morgan Stanley (MS) reported earnings, ahead of 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:more bank earnings reports due later in the week. Goldman Sachs reported earnings per share of $5.48 on revenue of $11.32 billion, above analyst estimates. Morgan Stanley reported earnings per share of $0.85, below expectations and down from $1.31 a share in the same period last year. Shares of Goldman Sachs traded higher by 1.1% in pre-market trading and Morgan Stanley shares were up 0.9%.

2. Tes𒆙la Shares Dip After Musk Says He Needs More Voting Powe💟r

Tesla (TSLA) shares traded 2.2% lower in the pre-market after CEO Elon Musk said he needed at least 25% voting control of the company in order to develop 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics, more than his 13% ownership stake in the company. Musk said without the expanded voting control, he said he would prefer to develop products outside of Tesla. Boeing (BA) said it would add additional quality inspections of its 737 Max jet, and an inspection team with supplier Spirit AeroSystems (SPR), which makes the door plug that recently blew out of a plane during flight. The action comes after the Federal Aviation Administration on Friday indefinitely extended its 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:grounding of the jet for additional safety inspections. Shares of Boeing fell 2.6% in pre-market trading while Spirit AeroSystems was down 4.5%.

4. Microsoft Unveils New Copilot AI Service for Individual ♑Users

Microsoft (MSFT) shares moved higher by 0.3% in the pre-market after it unveiled its Copilot Pro subscription AI service this week, charging $20 a month for the service that is targeted for individual users. 5. Kroger, Albertsons Merger Delayed Amid Ongoing Talks Wit♔h Regulators

Supermarket chains Kroger (KR) and Albertsons Companies (ACI) said their 澳洲幸运5开奖号码历史查询:proposed merger will take more time to complete after ongoing discussions with federal regulators delayed the deal’s close. As part of the $24.6 billion deal, Kroger has already transferred 413 stores and eight distribution centers to C&S Wholesale Grocers, though Kroger said it may need to transfer an additional 237 stores to win approval for the merger. Shares of Kroger and Albertsons were little changed in pre-market trading.
